Electrical Distribution Network Designer

Eltelin Power business unit is seeking electrical distribution network designers for the Kymenlaakso and Uusimaa regions. The work start is by agreement. Design work includes electrical design of overhead line and underground cable networks, arranging permits with landowners and relevant authorities, and preparing work documents and material lists. The role is autonomous and involves field work. The job description may also include network inspections, installation tasks, and operating in fault readiness, depending on the candidate’s expertise and as agreed separately. The position requires suitable educational background such as electrical engineering or other relevant education, some industry experience, and good IT skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills are valued due to interactions with landowners and various stakeholders. Finnish language proficiency is required in the work environment.
