Product Designer

Responsibilities - Act as the design owner for data visualization at Nebius Platform and Nebius Grafana, establishing best practices and ensuring consistency across all observability experiences. - Work closely with Observabily Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle - Design clear, scalable interfaces for complex cloud and AI infrastructure products - Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user needs into coherent user flows and interaction models - Clearly present design solutions and rationale to cross-functional teams - Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency and quality across the product - Contribute to the design of other Compute services in Nebius Console when needed. Required qualifications - Several years of experience designing data visualizations and dashboards for observability, monitoring, analytics, or similar products. - Deep understanding of data visualization and information visualization principles, including visual hierarchy and selecting appropriate visualization techniques for different use cases. - Strong understanding of metrics, time-series data, and how users interpret and analyze them. - Ability to define and drive best practices for dashboard design and data visualization across the platform. - Ability to balance usability, consistency, and innovation in complex systems. - Solid understanding of the product design process, including discovery, validation, and delivery. - Experience collaborating with designers in a shared product and design system environment. Nice to have - Familiarity with UX research and usability testing methods - Experience with cloud consoles, or other high-complexity web applications - Ability to communicate effectively with engineers using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript terminology.
