Technical Building Maintenance Technician

Two technicians are needed to service our customer sites in Lohja. This role covers maintenance and service work on building LVISA systems, including upkeep of HVAC, cooling, fire and automation systems, monitoring, scheduled preventive actions, tests, minor repairs, and maintenance of logbooks. The second area involves technically demanding tasks including pool-area technologies, requiring broad technical competence and strong field experience. In addition to indoor systems, outdoor area upkeep is part of the duties. You will work closely with client representatives and various stakeholders. Our customer sites are in Lohja and nearby municipalities, and travel between sites is by company car. Working hours are generally weekdays 7:00–15:00. This is a full-time (37.5 h/week), permanent position. Start date: as agreed, as soon as possible. The position pays at least the wage group 7 level under the Kiinteistöpalvelualan collective agreement (15.50 €/h), with possible overtime allowances based on actual hours, and potential education allowance based on completed qualifications.
