ABOUT US Pliant is a European fintech specializing in B2B payment solutions. Our modular, API-first platform helps businesses streamline spending, improve cash flow, and integrate payments into their financial workflows. We serve two primary customer segments: companies seeking to optimize operational processes via apps and APIs, and financial software platforms, ERP providers and banks wanting to launch or enhance embedded finance offerings. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Berlin, Pliant supports thousands of businesses and partners globally. We issue cards in 11 currencies across over 30 countries as a licensed EMI. ABOUT THE ROLE Forget the traditional Support playbook. We aren’t reading scripts or moving tickets between queues. We want problem solvers. You will be the Integrations & Payment Customer Support Specialist focusing on accounting integrations (DATEV, Xero, NetSuite) and complex backend payment configurations. You will own onboarding, ERP/Accounting setup, configuration support, CSV operations, partner and accounting coordination, debugging exports, implementation questions, and operational troubleshooting. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and external finance teams at customers. The role is designed to streamline operations for product and engineering, improve onboarding, create scalable processes, and become a guide for accounting integrations and exports. You will help transform recurring work into scalable product capabilities over time.
