- Overseeing planning and work/production planning
- Aligning capacity with sales, assembly, and dealer departments
- Preparing and analyzing management reports
- Coordinating logistics and inspections
- Developing safety culture and standards
- Monitoring KPIs like installation margin and safety targets
- Driving continuous improvement and team development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or business administration background
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a related technical industry
- Experience with and knowledge of production engineering and/or vehicle assembly
- Demonstrable experience with P&L management, cost control, and operational KPIs
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations regarding installations and environment
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP)
- High integrity and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Finnish and English
