Child day care worker

As a child day care worker you are a key part of a team creating a safe, inspiring and learning-supportive everyday life for children. You participate in planning and evaluating high-quality early childhood education in collaboration with the team, families and the whole workplace, and you will help each child to grow and learn in small-group settings and in full-day pedagogy aligned with Touhula Rhythm. You take responsibility for your own small group, participate in pedagogical documentation and the drafting of early childhood education plans together with the team. You ensure the learning environment is diverse, safe and tidy, and you build trust and open interaction with families, creating a positive emotional atmosphere in every encounter. Salary for a full-time employee falls between €2,449.58 and €2,749.79 per month, final pay determined by experience and any task- or personal-pay supplements.
