We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented and development-minded salespeople for a permanent position as part of our encouraging work community. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you are truly making a difference by helping secure people’s homes, giving them peace of mind in their daily lives and, at best, saving lives. Home security demand continues to grow. We offer the consumer and small business segment a highly regarded, service-based alarm system. Our Trustpilot rating of 4.8/5 speaks to satisfied customers. Your work day includes: daytime hours typically 13:00–21:00, full-time or part-time three consecutive days; starting with training at the sales office under a supervisor and setting daily goals; visiting residential areas with a supervisor, contacting residents, arranging visits; meeting dozens of new people daily; you’ll focus on understanding customers’ needs and proposing suitable solutions; you will present at customers’ homes, while installation is handled by a separate team. In the evenings you regroup with the team to review the day. You will develop sales skills, confidence, negotiation abilities, and people skills. Salary includes commission plus monthly bonuses; top sellers earn over 6000€ per month, average around 2200€; 2025 internal promotions reached 50% for sales leadership roles.
