About the role

We are seeking a specialist for Lapland University’s Training and Development Services unit on a fixed-term contract from 1 October 2026 to 31 May 2027. The unit is a professional body for lifelong learning and development activities, operating on needs-based education and development aligned with societal changes and customer needs. Responsibilities include user-centered service design and process modelling, planning and delivery of training events and development workshops, career and study guidance tasks, active stakeholder collaboration, and tasks related to ESR+ project management.
