Part-time coach

Kauklahden Pyrintö seeks part-time coaches for the 2026-2027 season to work with teams in different age groups. We are a growing club of about 700 players located in west Espoo in the Suur-Kauklahden area, with roots dating back over 100 years and a forward-looking mindset. Our operations focus strongly on quality and development, including facilities and coaching, supported by four full-time staff and a board. Our values are Courage, Equality, Joy, and Goal-orientation. The roles will vary from head coach to assistant coaches depending on the person’s experience, skills and motivation. We expect you to have excellent communication and collaboration skills, pedagogical aptitude with children and youth, a drive to grow as a coach, fluent Finnish, long-term commitment, and strong work ethic. We offer opportunities to develop as a coach and training, active support from the club’s full-time staff, and an enthusiastic community. Prior coaching experience and completed coaching qualifications help, but are not required; also education in growth and/or physical activity is considered a plus.
