Tehtävä keskittyy hotellivarustelun valmistussuunnittelun koordinointiin laivojen valmistusprojekteissa sekä yhteyshenkilönä toimimiseen projektiryhmälle ja sidosryhmille. Tehtävä sisältää suunnittelun aikataulun noudattamisen, yhteistyön telakan eri toimijoiden ja kumppaniverkoston kanssa, sekä ongelmanratkaisun ja raportoinnin varmistamisen. Edellytetään teknistä koulutusta tai vastaavaa osaamista, suomen ja englannin kielen suullista ja kirjoitettua taitoa, sekä kokemusta hotellivarustelun suunnittelusta tai ohjauksesta. Eduksi katsotaan AutoCAD, Cadmatic, Cadmatic Wave, JIRA, SAP sekä Microsoft Office -taidot. Työterveysasema ja kuntosali- sekä liikunta- ja kulttuurietujen tarjoaminen ovat esillä. Responsibilities
- Coordinate hotel equipment production planning for assigned ship projects and ensure progress aligns with schedule and contract requirements.
- Serve as primary contact within the project team and for customer stakeholders related to hotel equipment planning.
- Facilitate smooth cooperation with shipyard operations, partner network, and other project participants, in collaboration with other project coordinators.
- Actively participate in problem solving, generate improvement ideas for processes, and ensure control, monitoring, and reporting quality for assigned projects.
- Report project progress regularly to the project team and hotel equipment management.
- oversee the hotel equipment scope from design through production stages up to handover.
