The role focuses on keeping clients’ homes clean and comfortable, performing general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. If needed, window washing and seasonal cleaning tasks may be added. You will be valued for reliability, attention to detail, and by taking customer preferences into account. Initial training is about 20 hours per week; as you settle in, hours rise to approximately 30–37.5 hours per week. Work starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Requirements include willingness to learn, Finnish language skills for supervision and customer service, proactive and independent work attitude, and a driver’s license with own car preferred. Perks include competitive pay of 12.59–13.50 €/h (based on prior cleaning experience), long-term placement with the client, and daily support.
