The Corporate Strategy team works directly with Agoda’s management team to provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic initiatives forward. You will focus on information generation and strategy formulation at business level, working with senior executives across functions to set our strategy and drive key initiatives. You will develop insights on markets, competitors, and business trends and disseminate this knowledge across Agoda to inform key decisions. Responsibilities include industry and competitor data analysis, dashboards for performance tracking, business case creation, articulation of country/department/strategy, leading independent workstreams, and SQL data gathering. Requirements include experience in data analysis from top-tier firms, a quantitative degree, consultancy background, SQL/Tableau knowledge, strategic thinking, and excellent English communication. Bangkok, Thailand relocation provided.
