We are seeking a service worker with customer-service mindset and development-minded approach for Psychiatry Center for a permanent position. The Hospital’s support services, officially called Runko services, ensure the hospital has the best possible conditions for patient care. As a service worker you will be responsible for the overall duties of two different tasks: facility cleaning and front desk/guest services. In terms of facilities cleaning, the job includes cleaning duties as well as assisting with meal services and patient bed care. Front desk services include welcoming and guiding visitors, answering and routing calls, receiving and distributing mail and consignments, access control and key management, monitoring safety, and much more. Location: Psychiatry Center, Helsinki. Employment: permanent, 2-shift work (may include evening and weekend work), full-time. Collective agreement and pay: HYVTES, task-specific pay 2,633.45 €/month plus contractual allowances. Start date: 28/09/2026 or as agreed.
