CoolFellas Oy is a company specialized in heating, cooling and climate technology, seeking a strong candidate to take responsibility for daily operations and development of our growing service business. You will oversee the maintenance of entire technical systems, such as heat pump sites, heat sources, cooling processes, networks, pumps, valves and heat transfer, as well as automation and operation optimization. The role involves leading maintenance staff, coordinating daily tasks, managing customer relationships and maintenance contracts, and developing maintenance processes and services. You will work directly under CoolFellas founder Eero Tīmosen and benefit from strong technical support around you. The position requires experience with refrigeration, heat pump, HVAC or energy systems, and a blend of leadership, organizational skills, customer focus, technical problem solving, commercial thinking, and a desire to grow both personally and the service business. You should be able to take charge, see tasks through to completion, and collaborate effectively with customers, your own company staff, and partners.
