Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are hiring a permanent Early Childhood Education Teacher for Tiedonjyvän daycare in Vantaa. The role is based in the daycare home base, where one group of children is cared for. You will work as part of a three-educator team and contribute to building a warm, playful and safe learning culture. The environment emphasizes calm, warm presence and differentiated activities for children of different ages, with a focus on sensitive pedagogy and respect for families. The position is part of ProVaka (positively grouping learning in early childhood education) and invites an enthusiastic approach to developing positive pedagogy. The daycare serves families from diverse backgrounds around Jokiniemi. You will be supported by a broad multidisciplinary network and opportunities for professional development.
