The assistant store manager acts as the operational immediate supervisor of the store staff together with the store manager. Together with the store manager, he is responsible for the management of the store, the well-being and training of the staff, sales, safety, cleanliness and customer satisfaction. * The assistant store manager ensures the timeliness of the store and the achievement of the sales budget with the right kind and timely goods management, work guidance and the commerciality of the store.
