Phone Interviewer

IROResearch, a market and opinion research company owned by Keskisuomalainen, is seeking phone interviewers for market and opinion research projects. The role involves producing telephone interviews with respondents using a data collection system. Interviews are conducted at the Helsinki office on weekdays 08:00–19:00 and weekends 12:00–18:00, and at the Jyväskylä office on weekdays 10:00–18:00. Successful candidates will have fluent Finnish and additional language skills are a bonus. We do not require prior experience as training will be provided; attitude is key. Your workplace may be located in Helsinki or Jyväskylä. We offer flexible workdays and the possibility to influence your own shifts; a minimum shift length is 5 hours. The task pays on a performance basis with an average hourly gross pay around €11.50/hour before bonuses. The per-interview pay is calculated in real time based on interview difficulty. Interested?
