Vocational Support Worker

The position is in the Unit of Social Services with community participation, located in the northern service area. The role is an occupational support worker who helps manage daily life and overall functional capacity for working-age clients, who may face Neuropsychiatric, mental health, or substance-related challenges, as well as difficulties with daily living or social participation. The work is mobile, carried out in the client’s environments and networks, with working hours between 08:00 and 20:00. The role may include small-group and/or individual guidance related to wellness notes and other duties.
