Customer Contact Person

We are looking for new customer contact persons for our Oulu office. Our everyday life is relaxed but goal-oriented – we work together, help each other and rejoice in successes as a group. In this job, you will not be alone, but you will have a team where it is good to be. In your role, you are an important part of the customer's first experience with Ideko. You start the conversation and create a good feeling right from the start. What does the job involve? - contact customers by phone and discuss their situation - map customer needs and arouse interest - book appointment times for Ideko's designers - receive continuous support and sparring from your team This is not traditional telephone sales, but mapping customer needs and opening a conversation. The work is clear and you can get into it quickly – you do not need previous experience.
