You act as the primary nurse for your residents, coordinating closely with families and other caregivers. Responsibilities include active development of nursing care, guiding support staff, managing medication and the implementation of the medication plan. You work in close collaboration with doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare actors. The role is mainly a two-shift schedule with a supportive team.
