Location(s): Aguascalientes Working hours and modality: Full time, in person. Join and lead innovation with us. We are currently seeking a Madrinas Operator to join our team at NMEX Plants. This role is key to ensuring safe and efficient movement and unloading of vehicles, adhering to quality and safety standards. A day in the life: Perform vehicle transfer and unloading maneuvers in parking zones and docks. Report anomalies detected in vehicles during maneuvers. Apply load securing and madrinas control protocols. Deliver product on time and with original quality. Prepare unloading and circulation reports on safe routes. Who we are looking for: Mandatory: minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of unloading maneuvers, load securing, and madrinas controls. Knowledge of road networks and safety routes. Ability to work on-site at NMEX plants. Previous experience at Sinergias & Civac (3 years): movement of materials between plants and national suppliers (>100 km). Knowledge of traffic regulations, NOMs and trucking standards. Experience on federal highways and safety protocols for accidents or thefts. Defensive driving proven. Interplants A1-A2 (1 year): Movement within the city (<100 km). Respect speed limits and driving in low-traffic lanes. Document management at plant entry/exit. Shared team responsibility and basic maintenance. Internal Maneuvers (1 year): Knowledge of unloading zones and dock operations. Bundling/untangling and notification of ready transports. Document flow (invoices, EV receipts). Hooking/unhooking and transport notifications. Application of basic safety protocols.
