Responsibilities
- Onboard into Pennylane Academy and train on product
- Learn about the company, vision and departments
- Identify stakeholders and collaborate across teams
- Respond to accounting-related requests and provide rapid, impactful answers
- Escalate issues to technical teams when needed
- Help accountants integrate their data into Pennylane
- Improve and maintain client-facing support materials
- Share knowledge with colleagues
- Become product expert and drive improvements
Requirements
- A formal accounting education (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS assistant de gestion PME-PMI, Master CCA or Bachelor Responsable admin et comptable)
- 3+ years experience in an accounting firm
- English proficiency
