Early Childhood Education Assistant

We are looking for an early childhood education assistant for Norlandia Lumi. “Look, I can put my mittens on all by myself! Guess what I managed to write at home yesterday? My name. Today I dared to go down the big slide for the first time.” In your work, you are the person who listens, sees and is genuinely present in the children’s everyday lives. You are an early childhood education professional who creates an environment with room for learning, curiosity and doing things together. What do we expect from you? You are a qualified early childhood education assistant who can support children’s growth, play, exploration and discoveries in the different situations of everyday life. You work naturally with the other professionals in your group and with families, ensuring that the children’s day progresses calmly and consistently. You take part in planning and developing activities and are responsible for ensuring that the day’s situations proceed in a way that suits the children and supports their learning.
