Oletko sinä uusi kollegamme? We are seeking a (Senior) Risk Manager for the Financial Crime Prevention unit. The unit acts as the operational and governance arm for Aktia’s anti-financial crime work, monitoring regulatory and authority requirements related to countering financial crime and sanctions, and ensuring processes, tools and guidelines meet obligations. The role requires experience implementing FATCA, CRS and DAC2 obligations and processes, and developing related procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring customer due diligence and FATCA/CRS/DAC2 obligations, drafting and maintaining guidelines, developing and training processes, advancing projects, and implementing quality controls. The ideal candidate has practical experience with customer due diligence and FATCA/CRS/DAC2 duties, project leadership experience, knowledge of customer data systems, and a suitable university degree. Finnish and English communication is required; Swedish is an asset. Responsibilities
- Participate in monitoring client due diligence and FATCA/CRS/DAC2 obligations and related regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Contribute to drafting, maintaining and updating the responsibilities guidelines for the area.
- Develop and train processes and practices related to client due diligence.
- Promote and coordinate projects within the area.
- Develop and perform quality controls.
Requirements
- Practical experience with customer due diligence and FATCA/ CRS/ DAC2 obligations and related processes or development work.
- Experience leading projects and working on area-related projects.
- Knowledge of customer data systems.
- A suitable university degree.
- Proactive, structured work style, willingness to learn and deliver.
- Goal-oriented with good collaboration and ability to work independently.
- Strong Finnish and English communication; Swedish is an asset.
- Nice-to-have: other prior experience with KYC/AML integration tasks.
