Job Description
**Type**: fulltime / part-time, permanent **Location**:Kyllikinportti 2, 00240 Helsinki **Application deadline**: 9.8.2026 Would you like to have a key role in an innovative MedTech company? Cerenion is looking for a self-driven **Customer Service Specialist** to help deliver top-notch customer experience at an early stage of their commercial growth. Today, Cerenion builds cutting-edge EEG solutions based on years of pioneering neuroscience research. Its deep-tech technology helps intensive care professionals monitor EEG through a new innovative solution. The company is now entering an exciting international growth phase with its first customers and distributor network across Europe, while preparing for expansion into new global markets. Therefore, you will have a central role in ensuring a seamless order process and customer experience! **What will you be doing?** As a Customer Service Specialist, your main focus is in delivering an outstanding customer experience for Cerenion's customers. You will become the primary point of contact for customer orders, you'll coordinate the entire order-to-delivery process—from order handling and invoicing to export documentation, logistics, and communication with customers and our operational partners. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure every delivery runs smoothly and professionally. However, this is far more than a traditional customer service role. As Cerenion continues its international growth, you'll have the opportunity to develop and improve operational processes, contribute across different areas of the business, and see the direct impact of your work. Whether supporting international events and trade fairs, assisting with office operations, or taking on new challenges as the company evolves, you'll be part of a collaborative team where everyone rolls up their sleeves to drive success together. **What makes you a great fit?** We're looking for a hands-on, proactive and result-oriented team player who enjoys working in an international environment where not everything is fully established yet. You thrive when every day brings something new and stay organized while managing multiple priorities. Most importantly, you're motivated by delivering an exceptional customer experience and are excited to grow with us. You could either have years of experience in customer service or be in the early stages of your career. More than seniority, we value a diverse background and a genuine commitment to long-term customer-facing work. **We hope you to have:** - Previous experience in customer service, customer operations, order management, export, logistics, and/or similar operational roles - Ambition to provide high-quality customer experience - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks accurately - Detail-oriented and efficient working style - Solid Excel skills - Full professional proficiency in English **We consider as an asset:** - Experience in the MedTech or other regulated industries - Previous experience in international exports/customs procedures - ERP/invoicing systems (e.g.Netvisor) - Language skills in Finnish or other major European languages **Cerenion offers you:** - Unique opportunity to join a growing MedTech company where your work directly supports international commercial success - Chance to develop operational processes instead of maintaining established routines - A role that allows you to work closely with the whole organization from founders to operations in a collaborative, low-hierarchy environment - Freedom to expand your expertise in international customer operations within the medical technology industry - Flexible hybrid working arrangements **Practicalities:** This is a permanent position with flexible working hours, ranging from approximately 60–100% of full-time, depending on your availability. However, we hope you can work five days a week but with shorter daily hours or full-time. You will be employed by aTalent and work at Cerenion. The preferred start date is in September, or by early October at the latest. The primary location for this role is Pasila, Helsinki, but Oulu is also a possible location. We offer a flexible hybrid working model and hope you'll be able to work from the office regularly, especially between Tuesday and Thursday. The salary in this position ranges between 3000–4000 €/month. The final salary will be negotiated individually based on your experience and skills.
