The data center and industrial construction business delivers data centers, demanding industrial projects and energy facilities. Design plays a central role in the success of these investments, ensuring buildability and enabling safe and efficient delivery. As a Design Engineer, you will work on some of Finland’s largest data center and industrial construction projects. You will be part of the project design management organization and work closely with design managers, site teams, designers and other project stakeholders. You will participate in steering and coordinating project design and support design management with scheduling, monitoring and maintaining design management documentation. You will work at the interface between design and production, ensuring information flows, design solutions progress and design materials are available to site teams when needed. Understanding of design processes, the use of building information models and the fundamentals of buildability. Ability to use digital design management tools. A higher-education degree relevant to the role. Good communication and collaboration skills. Fluent Finnish and English. We value experience with large construction, infrastructure, industrial or data center projects, as well as an interest in developing your expertise in design management, construction and project management. You will succeed when you work systematically and proactively, manage several workstreams at the same time and collaborate smoothly with different stakeholders. You can combine technical understanding, a solution-oriented approach and collaboration skills in a way that supports project success.
