Site Supervisor

Join us as a Site Supervisor in North Savo! Would you like to lead your own team and ensure smooth service at a customer site? We work responsibly as part of a dependable team. We are looking for an energetic and responsible supervisor who enjoys leading people and organising everyday work, and who wants to build a respectful, effective workplace. In this role, you will be responsible for the site’s daily operations, leading and developing the service business, people management and customer collaboration in an international, people-oriented environment. The role combines practical day-to-day leadership, delivering smooth, high-quality service together with the team, developing operations and taking financial responsibility, putting changes into practice and working in line with our values. The role could suit you whether you are already an experienced supervisor and cleaning-sector professional. Your duties include: - Leading site operations, quality and customer satisfaction. - Managing staff, recruiting and onboarding employees, planning shifts and supporting work ability. - Managing and developing customer relationships, promoting additional sales and identifying new business opportunities. - Monitoring site finances, budget and resources, and improving profitability. - Developing operations toward targets, identifying risks and ensuring a safe working environment. - Reporting on key indicators and service performance. - Taking part in hands-on cleaning work when needed. What we expect from you: - Relevant education and experience in the property or service sector. - Experience in supervisory work or guiding a team. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and coach a team and lead it fairly and consistently. - A customer-oriented and solution-focused approach. - The ability to plan and develop operations cost-effectively and lead change in everyday work. - Readiness to take responsibility for your site’s operations and results. - Sufficient digital skills to use work tools and systems. - A positive, responsible and goal-oriented attitude, and a business-minded approach. - Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English.
