Doctor

We are looking for a doctor to join Säkylä. The position involves daytime outpatient work with on-call opportunities and flexible hours. The clinic operates with a team-based model where doctors arrange their own worklists and decide whom to invite to appointments and when. The on-call duties include daytime shifts on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. The work includes patient management across diverse age groups, from newborns to elderly, and a variety of care areas such as home care, school health services, child health clinics, and family planning. The workplace emphasizes shared responsibility for the patient list and balanced workload. The town of Säkylä is located in southern Satakunta, about 75 km from Turku, 100 km from Tampere and 50 km from Raum We offer collaboration with versatile patient material and opportunities to shape your daily schedule. There may be on-call rounds if the shift timing suits. The municipality has a population of around 6700 and is known for its lakes, emerging international presence in the food industry, and active community.
