Responsibilities

Identify high-impact business challenges and opportunities
Build and own financial models that forecast impact of strategies, pricing decisions, and growth initiatives
Partner with senior leaders across retail, DTC, marketing, and operations
Design and run tests; translate results into actionable decisions
Own ad hoc analysis and KPI reporting for key stakeholders
Support product and pricing strategy with modeling and market analysis
Evaluate new growth channels and optimize existing ones across DTC and retail

Requirements

BS/MS Degree in a quantitative or computational field
4+ years experience in data analytics in corporate, consulting, or investment banking
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
SQL expertise; R and/or Python knowledge preferred
