About the role

The Hardware Automation team builds internal platforms and tooling to power Nebius data center operations at scale. You will own the full stack from requirements gathering with data center operations and hardware engineering, through design and build, to rollout and ongoing reliability. Responsibilities include designing and developing services that automate work with a large server fleet and staying engaged with DevOps processes. Requirements include 5+ years of experience and proficiency in Python or Golang. Bonus points for knowledge of Kubernetes, distributed systems, cloud platforms, observability, and performance optimization. Leadership responsibilities include mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to interviews. Eligible to work in the United States.
