We are seeking two experienced carpenters for interior and damage renovation projects. We are looking for two construction professionals for renovation projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area and Uusimaa region. The role involves traditional interior carpentry on damage renovation sites from assessment through demolition to finishing. In addition to professional skills, applicants must have customer service orientation, as some work is performed in residents’ presence. At the moment there are jobs on sites across the Uusimaa region, so it is necessary for the applicant to have their own car. Work will start when a suitable person is found and there will be temporary employment initially, with potential direct hire by the client after the probation period. If you meet the following criteria, you may be the right person: several years of experience in construction; valid professional cards (occupational safety card) – if not, you will need to arrange it before starting; own car; good Finnish language skills – supervisor language is Finnish; high work ethic; good social skills and ability to work with people in challenging situations.
