We are Sweco, designing tomorrow's cities and critical infrastructure in a collaborative, supportive work environment. We are currently looking for an Architect with strong Revit expertise to support multidisciplinary projects including data center, learning environment, and secured facility projects. Your role includes leading architectural tasks and coordinating the overall design, ensuring quality and integration across disciplines. You will model and document with Revit, leveraging digital tools; AI and new technologies will be part of daily design work. You will ensure progress of architectural design in line with client needs and project goals, working closely with fellow architects and other design engineers, and mentoring junior designers. Our current focus is on data center projects, but you will have the chance to engage in a broad range of assignments across Finland, with studios in Helsinki, Turku, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Oulu and Kuopio. Responsibilities
- Lead architectural tasks and coordinate multidisciplinary design
- Model and document with Revit; ensure design quality and integration
- Collaborate with architects and other design disciplines; mentor junior designers
- Apply AI and new technologies to improve processes
- Participate in diverse projects, especially data centers
- Support flexible and networked way of working across Finland
Requirements
- Architect or building architect degree required
- Fluent in Revit; experience in ACC environment preferred
- Ability to apply Revit skills to design quality, coordination, and BIM workflows
- Interest in design technologies, automation, and AI-enabled processes
- Experience with datacenter projects or large/complex projects a plus
- Willingness to work in demanding new-build projects across Finland
