Machine Operator

We are seeking a motivated and proactive machine/tractor operator for our client, on a permanent contract in the Pääläke area. The role involves working with agricultural, road maintenance and outdoor area care at outdoor sites. Equipment used will mainly be tractors, a wheel loader and possibly a truck. Pay depends on skill and experience, at least €15/hour. In the summer season the work focuses on outdoor and lawn area maintenance, including mowing with ride-on or push mowers. It also includes installing traffic signs. In winter, the work consists mainly of mechanical clearing and gritting of outdoor courtyard areas, yards and roads. Year-round maintenance of machines and equipment if you have experience. Requirements: prior tractor driving experience; experience in snow clearing and gritting; proactive and independent work style; good teamwork; a B-driver's license and access to own car. Nice-to-have: C-driver's license; valid professional competence; machine maintenance skills. Flexibility in shifts due to seasonal nature. Start as soon as suitable candidate is found.
