We are seeking a motivated and proactive tractor driver for our client, on a permanent contract, to work in the Päkäne region. The role involves work in farming, road maintenance, and outdoor area upkeep of properties. Equipment used mainly includes tractors, wheel loader, and possibly a truck. Pay depends on skill and experience, at least €15/hour. In summer the work focuses on outdoor and lawn areas, including mowing with ride-on or push mowers. Also duties include installing traffic signs. In winter the work consists mainly of mechanical snow removal and gritting of courtyard areas, parking lots and roads. Year-round maintenance of machines and equipment if there is experience. Requirements: previous experience operating a tractor; experience in snow removal and gritting; proactive and independent work style; good teamwork; B-class license and own car. Nice to have: C-driver license; valid professional competency; machine maintenance skills. Flexibility in shifts due to seasonality. Start as soon as suitable candidate found.
