We are looking for a production worker with soldering skills for our client Bluefors Oy to join their team in manufacturing and testing of standardized cable products for a fixed-term employment contract till 31.12.2026. You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday. Job Description - Manual assembly and testing of standardized cable products - Other tasks supporting production as needed We expect you to have - Experience in manual soldering (through work experience or relevant vocational training such as electronics assembler or micromechanic). Soldering skills will be tested during the recruitment process. - Strong work ethic, focus, and attention to detail - Proficiency in English (English is the working language) - Ability to follow routines and handle pressure - Good manual dexterity for working with small components and wires We offer - Full-time day shift (40h/week) - An opportunity to grow and develop your skills in production work Chosen candidates will be employed by Barona Teollisuus Oy for fixed-term contract till 31.12.2026. You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday. The work is mainly done in a day shift, but there needs to be readiness for 2-shift model if needed. Interested?
