Sales Manager

Eezy Kevytyrittäjät is a growth-stage business where partner relationships are increasingly important. We are seeking a Sales Manager to build new partnerships, develop sales processes, and drive growth in corporate partnerships. The role entails expanding and developing sales across a range of industries, leading prospecting through to onboarding, and performing outbound sales to companies or potential partners who use subcontractors, freelancers, or other flexible work arrangements. You will acquire new corporate partnerships, co-develop partnership models with business leadership and stakeholders, and commercialise Eezy Kevytyrittäjät’s entrepreneur network in collaboration with other parts of the group. You will manage your own sales funnel using CRM systems, sales metrics, and proactive pipeline management. The role is hybrid, with the office located in Pasila. Core tasks include daily B2B prospecting, building a pipeline, closing partner agreements, and maintaining relationships. The ideal candidate has at least two years of B2B sales experience, proven outbound prospecting, and strong communication and negotiation skills in Finnish and English. We value experience in building new sales processes and working across multiple industries with various partnership models. What you will have achieved by the first 2 months: closing a couple of partner agreements with manager support, creating a pipeline and processes for systematic execution, and gaining a thorough understanding of Eezy Kevytyrittäjät products and services.
