WHAT YOU WILL DO You will oversee day-to-day site operations: lead the construction site and coordinate activities. Ensure work progresses on schedule, safely and with high quality. Make sure tasks are carried out as agreed – from start to finish. You will have responsibility but you will not be alone – you will be supported by an experienced and capable team. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU Construction engineering or construction foreman (AMK) education (completed or near completion). Experience from construction sites. Ability to lead work and communicate clearly. Genuine interest in retrofit construction. Additionally we value attitude: keeping your word, taking responsibility, not leaving a colleague in trouble.
