Personal Assistant

We are hiring a personal assistant in Kokkolа to join our team and provide client-centered support in daily tasks. The assistant helps clients live a life that reflects their own needs, assisting with everyday chores at home and outside. The assignments vary by client’s health condition and individual needs, and may include multiple clients and tasks in one day. No formal education or previous experience is required; a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and client-oriented approach are valued. All new assistants receive thorough onboarding in Onni’s Assistant Academy before starting, with ongoing guidance from a team supervisor as needed. Work is typically in two shifts on weekdays and weekends; shifts vary from two hours upward, and a workday can involve one or more clients. You can influence your shifts and work part- time or on a flexible, gig-based basis. We consider both client needs and assistant preferences to match schedules. On the first shift for a client, onboarding may occur; thereafter, both assistant and client evaluate cooperation and compatibility. If something isn’t right, we discuss and adjust. You may work with more than one client if schedules permit. We require B2-level Finnish, a driving license and own car if needed, and being of legal age. After the probation period, you may join Tradeka’s sickness fund if you work at least 10 hours/week and the contract lasts at least 6 months. Wages follow the private social services sector collective agreement (G15A): €12.79–€14.06 per hour, with possible shift allowances. Apply now; applications close 2026-09-01.
