Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for your assigned customer portfolio, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Lead onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-value and platform adoption
- Guide customers through evolving feature sets and automation tools
- Execute renewal processes with expansion focus
- Maintain customer health scores and renewal forecasts in CRM
- Provide customer feedback and strategic guidance
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in Customer Success, Commercial Account Management, or technical SaaS sales
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of renewal/expansion targets
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Hubspot)
