Electrical Designer

Are you interested in electrical design tasks on unique automation projects and the latest technologies in the field? An automation technology expert company, Kaptas, is looking for an Electrical Designer to Turku for a permanent position. As an electrical designer you will be responsible for electrical design of equipment and creation of electrical diagrams as part of our automation team. The role involves designing and implementing electrical engineering solutions for various production automation equipment deliveries. The job description can be expanded according to your skills and interests to include components selection and procurement, customer deliveries, and installation work. There is a possibility to act as a technical consultant for customers and participate in solution design together with customers and the rest of the project organization. With experience and qualifications, the role may also involve leading electrical work. We hope you have experience in electrical design and Cadmatic proficiency. A strong background in the field is valued to enable independent design work. It is also possible to apply with lesser experience and we value experience also from installation tasks. The work is mainly on-site at our Turku location, but there are some remote work possibilities.
