Shift Manager

We are seeking a part-time Shift Manager for Hesburger Kastelli in Oulu to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. The contract hours are 90 hours over 3 weeks, starting at the end of September 2026. The role involves leading the shift, supporting the team, and creating a positive customer experience with a strong focus on the Hesburger concept. You will receive thorough onboarding and support from experienced colleagues to confidently participate in leading the shift. You will communicate clearly in Finnish, with additional language skills being a plus. You should be a clear and encouraging communicator who can keep the day-to-day digital tools under control, and you should enjoy keeping the strings in hand even in busy times so the team works together smoothly. The position requires you to be of legal working age. Shift work fits your daily life, with availability to work all days between 08:00 and 00:15. The salary for this role falls within €14.37–€15.57 per hour, depending on prior experience in the field, and you are eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to €1.69 per hour.
