Cafe Shift Supervisor

Primary location: Lahti. We are now looking for a CAFÉ SHIFT SUPERVISOR for Prisma Laune’s Restaurant World (Prisma Café/Hesburger/Pizza Buffa). The position is permanent and full-time (112.5 hours/3 weeks). As café shift supervisor your duties include leading the shift, supporting and assisting colleagues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You are involved in practical work as well as developing the operation. Your main area is Prisma Café, but you also help with other tasks in the restaurant world as needed. You are supported by other shift supervisors and by the restaurant manager Anniina, so you can develop your skills as part of a professional team. We are looking for a cheerful and positive person who enjoys working with others, learning, and tackling new situations. You naturally ensure customers receive good service and that daily life in the restaurant runs smoothly. You have a field-specific education or experience in similar tasks, understand basic business matters and can keep the threads in busy days. You enjoy varied work where every day is a bit different. We pay salary according to MaRan collective agreement and the salary amount (2280-2476 €/month) depends on your previous experience.
