Parkinmäen palvelutalo is a bilingual home for 138 older residents, offering 24/7 and communal assisted living as well as independent senior living. We value safety, community, respectful interaction and a resident-centered daily life. We are now seeking a care team supervisor to strengthen our supervisory team. In the role you lead your own team and, together with the nursing director and other supervisors, ensure a high-quality, smooth everyday life. Your activities include staff leadership and wellbeing support, recruitment, onboarding and competence development, shift and holiday planning and substitution, development conversations and staffing level monitoring, improving care quality and procedures, informal collaboration, monitoring deviations and driving improvements, and coordinating the admission of new residents and their housing processes. What we expect from you: an approachable and inspiring supervisor who believes in teamwork and wants to develop the operation; ability to see the big picture, make decisions and support staff to succeed. We require: a higher education degree in social and/or health care; at least two years of experience in elder care; leadership competence through studies or work; good Finnish and Swedish language skills. Requirements
