Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve the global critical work process program and policy, ensuring alignment across all equipment domains including electrical, mechanical, and controls.
- Field and prioritize program bugs, driving the development of tools and processes that optimize critical work execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula, including instructor-led materials and Learning Management System (LMS) modules.
- Coordinate and manage regional trainers to deliver training sessions to the global fleet, ensuring consistent adoption of program standards.
- Travel approximately 40% of the time to support fleet operations, conduct site reviews, and facilitate multi-day training events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in program management
- 2 years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations
- Experience in human performance improvement
