Production Worker

We are looking for production workers for our customer Parmaco Production Oy at the Leppävirta site, for a fixed-term contract until December 2026. The role involves participating in the production of various building elements as part of a skilled team. Duties include leveling and assembly of opening elements, assembly, painting, equipment installation, and finishing and packing of finished products. The work is hands-on, and you will clearly see the impact of your work as part of completed building solutions. We expect: at least 2–3 years experience in construction or woodworking; good collaboration skills, working in pairs or teams; fluent Finnish; good physical condition; proactive and responsible work approach. The work is done in two shifts on weekdays: morning shift 6–14 and evening shift 14–22.
