Do you want to join our friendly team? As a cashier you will work with your colleagues to ensure a pleasant and smooth shopping experience for our customers in the Tokmanni store. The role focuses on customer and cashier service and information work. In cashier work you meet every customer and create a smooth and positive experience with your sunny personality. It is not “just line work”; you will handle Klubbi memberships, exchange and return situations, age‑restricted products and many other tasks that we will train you for in‑store and in a joint Teams orientation day. Variety in your days comes from occasional department tasks: stocking shelves, planning and executing product displays and keeping the store pleasant to shop in. A key part is helping customers who visit our store with questions, and we always help each other when the team needs support. The work starts 1 October 2026 and the work hours are 30 hours per week. You will also have the possibility to adjust some of your hours with us and work additional hours at nearby stores. We will fill the position as soon as we find a suitable colleague, so please act quickly! You must be at least 18 years old and have: a cheerful customer service attitude; good interpersonal skills and teamwork with social intuition; willingness to work in a mobile and fast‑paced environment; a proactive and thorough work style; ability to work shifts on weekdays and weekends; desire to perform your job well, pride in your own skills and interest in developing your professional skills. In cashier work we handle and move heavy products with bending and reaching, so good physical condition and mobility are required. Commercial education and experience in retail are advantageous, but the most important is a positive attitude and genuine interest in the retail industry and store work.
