We are seeking a skilled concrete element fabricator for independent work in Central Finland. The role involves working at the Laukaa plant, producing concrete elements from start to finish, with particular emphasis on wall, sandwich, and balcony elements. Experience with brick-faced elements and thick plaster is a plus. The job includes finishing from cutting images to final assembly, and the successful candidate should be proficient. The work starts when a suitable candidate is found, with a projected autumn timeframe and strong prospects for long-term placement in the client’s standard assembly line. Requirements include experience in element production, active safety card (työturvallisuuskortti) valid before starting work, good Finnish language skills (work language is Finnish), ability to read images, high work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills.
