We are seeking an early childhood teacher for Kivistö Daycare in a permanent position starting 1 September 2026 or by agreement. The daycare is located in a quiet residential area and runs four groups for children aged 1-5 years. We recently renovated bright indoor spaces to enable diverse activities, and we use nearby facilities for gym sessions and outdoor areas. We are a professional, collaborative and dynamic workplace where you will participate in developing early childhood education and your own work. In our multidisciplinary team you will have support from colleagues, senior special education staff, development partners and leaders. We follow the ProVaka model focusing on positive feedback to guide behaviour and support an inclusive learning environment and a consistent approach to guidance.
