Child Day Care Worker

Mattbergets day care and preschool consists of eight groups, with three preschool groups. We operate in three buildings on the Mattliden campus and are located in a central area of Mattby with good transport connections by bus and metro. The area features close cooperation across all stages of education. Our approach emphasizes a structured basic pedagogy focused on the strengths and dynamics of each child group. Good cooperation within and between teams contributes to a calm, secure and positive everyday life for children and adults. Together with guardians we work for the child’s best. We are looking for someone who is warm, responsive and genuinely interested in children, who can collaborate in a team and create a safe environment. You will contribute to high-quality early childhood education with your competence. You share responsibility with your team for the child’s care, upbringing and education according to the child’s age and development level. You will have collegial support from experienced daycare workers in the work community. In our day care you have the opportunity to work with children of all ages. We have a daycare assistant who enables more time for those responsible for care to focus on pedagogy and presence in the group.
