We are seeking a resource childcare worker for Håkansböle and Trollebo day care centers in Vanda. The role involves providing children with security, care and daily support, assisting pedagogical teams across all groups, and helping develop an inclusive, sustainable workplace culture. You will collaborate with multiprofessional partners and support the groups’ pedagogical teams. Requirements include the ability to work well in a team, communicate respectfully with children, colleagues and guardians, and respond to children’s individual needs. We offer a warm, supportive work community, opportunities to trial new work methods, and a focus on the well-being of both children and adults. The assignment is fixed-term until 02.04.2026 with possibility of extension. Full-time with 38 h 15 min per week. Salary: 2553.28 euro per month plus possible experience-based supplement.
